What is your return policy?

Any returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be review on a case-by-case basis for approval by our team. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 7 days of delivery.
What is your shipping policy?

All of our products are made to order. For this reason we are able to make small customization’s to fit your needs. With this being said our lead time on average is 12-16 business days for production and shipping on average takes anywhere from 3-7 days to arrive at its destination. We ship all of our items in wooden crates for maximum protection. Items inside will be foam wrapped and film wrapped tightly.
