Shipping Policy

Processing time
Our products are made to order. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times
2 - 4 weeks
We'll do our best to meet get our shipment out as soon as the product is built. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method.

We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be review on a case-by-case basis for approval by our team.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We must be notified within 7 days of delivery for any returns to be considered.
Return items must b in their original new condition.
It must be packed in it's original packaging.
The customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale

Returns will not be accepted unless they meet all of the above requirements.
